We asked for a reservation for a group of 11 people on a Saturday night an hour before we wanted to eat and they moved mountains to squeeze us in. We are so glad that they did because everyone LOVED the pizza and the service couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. High quality pizza and great service - can't believe they don't have more reviews on Google (they may be a newer establishment...so get in before the secret is out;)! ”

“ Wanted something different than the (excellent) Mexican fare that we’ve tried in Merida and opted to give Piazzere PizzaBar a shot. The restaurant only recently opened and was serving a soft launch menu. The pizza was superb! We ordered the Parma - which had arugula, parmesan cheese, baratta, prosciutto, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. Outside of the great combination of ingredients, the highlight was the pizza dough. It was crisp, had a great chew to it and a touch of char. Having enjoyed pizza in Italy and growing up in the New York City area, there is joy in finding amazing pizza - and we found it here. Highly recommend it! ”

Ricardo, our server, was incredibly attentive and detailed when explaining the menu, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The atmosphere is perfect: chill, great vibes, and just the right kind of background music that lets you actually enjoy your meal and a good conversation.
